Crystiane Gama Alves is an experienced professional in retail management, with a strong background in commercial and marketing leadership. Currently serving as the Commercial and Marketing Director at Caedu since April 2015, Crystiane took on this role during the Covid-19 pandemic, focusing on revenue generation and client value proposition. Prior positions include Group Manager roles in women's apparel, lingerie, men's clothing, children's apparel, and accessories at both Caedu and Riachuelo, where Crystiane contributed to team training, collection planning, and brand repositioning.
