Marcelo Tiverão Lemos - MBA has a wealth of experience in procurement and supply chain management. Marcelo is currently working as the Head of Indirect Purchasing & Facilities at Caedu since March 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Indirect Purchasing at Lojas Marisa from May 2016 to March 2023, where they focused on cost reduction through contract negotiation and strategic sourcing. Marcelo also worked as the Coordinator of Purchasing at Segatto Móveis, a luxury furniture company, from March 2007 to September 2015, where they were responsible for cost reduction in the industry through supplier agreements and the acquisition of materials. Their earlier experience includes working as a Buyer at Grupo NotreDame Intermedica from July 2000 to January 2006, where they acquired a wide range of supplies and services, utilizing SAP and negotiation techniques.

Marcelo Tiverão Lemos holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management and Logistics from INPG Business School, which they completed from 2009 to 2011. Marcelo also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidade Metodista de São Paulo, which they completed from 2000 to 2004. Currently, Marcelo is pursuing an MBA in Purchasing Management at Live University, with an expected completion date in 2023. Their educational background primarily focuses on administration and business-related fields.
