Courtney Mather

Courtney R. Mather became a member of the Board of Directors of Caesars Entertainment in March 2019. Mr. Mather formerly served as Portfolio Manager of Icahn Capital, the entity through which Carl C. Icahn manages investment funds, from December 2016 to March 2020, and was previously Managing Director of Icahn Capital from April 2014 to November 2016. Prior to joining Icahn Capital, Mr. Mather was at Goldman Sachs & Co. from 1998 to 2012, most recently as Managing Director responsible for Private Distressed Trading and Investing. Mr. Mather currently serves as a director of Cheniere Energy Inc., a director of Newell Brands Inc., and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Conduent Inc. He has previously served on the boards of Herc Holdings Inc., Ferrous Resources Ltd., Freeport-McMoRan Inc., Federal-Mogul Holdings Corporation, Viskase Companies Inc., American Railcar Industries, Inc., CVR Refining L.P., and CVR Energy Inc. Mr. Mather holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst, Chartered Financial Analyst, and Certified Financial Risk Manager professional designations.
