Jill Eaton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and legal services. Since January 2002, Jill has served as the Director of Corporate Governance at Caesars Entertainment, Inc., where responsibilities include assisting the Corporate Secretary in the preparation and planning for Board of Directors and Committee meetings, as well as the annual shareholders meeting. Prior to this role, Jill worked as a Litigation Paralegal, certified by both the ABA and NALA, managing over 150 litigated claims and overseeing the discovery process. Jill's career also includes a position as a Regulatory Paralegal at STAR Telecommunications, where regulatory compliance reports were filed for the parent company and its subsidiaries, and as an Account Manager managing carrier accounts across North America and the UK. Educated at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and UC Santa Barbara, Jill holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Paralegal Studies.
