Alberto Contento Martinez

Alberto Contento Martinez has extensive work experience in the field of engineering and project management. Alberto began their career as a Graduate Civil Engineer at INECO in 2002. Alberto then worked for TPF GETINSA EUROESTUDIOS, S.L. as a Railway Engineer in the Design Department from 2006 to 2008. Alberto later joined TPF GETINSA EUROESTUDIOS, S.L. again as an Interfaces Manager for the Haramain High-Speed project, where they coordinated interfaces for both design and construction in various high-speed stations. From 2014 to 2019, they worked for Dar Al-Handasah (Shair and Partners) in various roles, including Resident Engineer for the Back-Up Operation Control Center of the Haramain High-Speed Railway. Alberto also gained valuable experience working as an Engineering Manager and Deputy Manager Engineering at WSP in the UK from 2019 to 2022. Currently, Alberto serves as the Design Technical Director at CAF Turnkey & Engineering, a position they have held since 2021. Throughout their career, Alberto has managed multi-million-dollar projects, supervised construction works, and ensured the successful completion of various railway infrastructure projects.

Alberto Contento Martinez's education history includes completing a Master's degree in ingeniero de Caminos, Canales y Puertos at Universidad Alfonso X El Sabio. It is unclear when this degree was pursued or completed.
