Ian Turley

Ian Turley is a seasoned HR professional with a strong background in resourcing and recruitment across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Resourcing Lead and HR Resourcing Partner at Cafcass since November 2016, Ian is instrumental in ensuring that children's voices are represented in family court cases. Prior to this role, Ian held several positions, including Resourcing Business Partner at Homebase, where leadership recruitment was a focus, and Senior Recruitment Consultant at Jaguar Land Rover, overseeing talent acquisition for product development. Ian also gained experience as a Resourcing Advisor at Home Retail Group PLC and NFU Mutual, developing effective resourcing strategies. Ian began a career in human resources after earning a BSc in Psychology from Coventry University.
