Head at Peggy Food Co Ltd. Their expertise lies in managing and improving quality assurance processes within food companies.

Grace Yee obtained their Bachelor of Science in Agriculture with a focus on Food Science from the University of Manitoba, completing the program from 1989 to 1994.
