Ezer Rivera Rosado

Ezer Rivera Rosado is a seasoned professional in the hospitality and culinary industries with a Bachelor's degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Universidad de Puerto Rico- Carolina. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Co-Owner of THE ONE GROUP ENTERPRISE LLC since April 2023, Ezer has cultivated extensive management experience as the General Manager of Cafe Express since May 2017. Previous roles include Head Sushi Chef at Kona Grill from November 2015 to May 2017 and Sushi Chef at La Concha Resort from 2011 to 2013, showcasing a strong background in culinary leadership alongside business management expertise.
