Catherine Delente has extensive experience in the hospitality and restaurant industry, currently serving as a Manager and previously as Manager Assistant at Café Joyeux since February 2018. Prior to this, Catherine worked as a Négociatrice at ERA IMMOBILIER France and held the position of chef de rang at Le puits des saveurs Rennes, where responsibilities included managing a dining room, supervising staff, and overseeing inventory and supplier relations. Early career roles included a rotating receptionist position at Hotel Le Diana and seasonal waitress positions at Taverne Coreff and Restaurant les Algues. Catherine holds a BTS in Hotellerie Restauration from CNED and a Baccalauréat in Hotellerie/Restauration from Lycée Le Paraclet. Additionally, a Baccalauréat in ES was obtained from Lycée Paul Sérusier.
