Grace K. is an experienced barista currently working at Cafe Kubal since June 2022, specializing in coffee preparation. Prior experience includes serving as a Customer Service Representative at BTS Korean Market, where responsibilities entailed educating customers about Korean cuisine and building client relationships. Grace also worked at Wegmans Food Markets in a high-paced digital fulfillment customer service role, using creativity to enhance the shopping experience. Additionally, Grace coordinated COVID vaccine pop-up clinics in the Greater Syracuse area, focusing on guest safety and comfort.
