Elizabeth Cotty has extensive experience in the food service industry, currently serving as General Manager at Cafe Services Inc. since October 2019, where new client relationships were established through the successful opening of a full-service cafe and micro markets. Prior to this role, Elizabeth worked as District Manager at Nexdine, overseeing client maintenance and compliance in various sectors from October 2017 to May 2019. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from the University of Delaware, attained between 1997 and 2015.
