Richard Griggers is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as a Sous Chef at Delaware North since October 2023. Previously, Richard held the position of Chef Manager at Sodexo from June 2022 to October 2023. Earlier work experience includes serving as a Meat Cutter at BJ's Wholesale Club (April 2021 - June 2022), Meat Manager at Hannaford Supermarkets (January 2020 - April 2021), and Floating Chef at rebecca's cafe (June 2017 - June 2020). Richard also worked as Executive Chef and butcher at Golden Goose Cafe from April 2012 to May 2017 and was the General Manager at La Cascia’s Bakery & Deli from September 2002 to 2012. Richard Griggers obtained a Culinary degree from Johnson & Wales University, attending from 2000 to 2004.
