Thomas Hill started their work experience as a Software Engineer at Ubiquity Software in July 2005, where they worked until April 2007. Thomas then joined Avaya as a Software Development Engineer in April 2007 and worked there until April 2010. At Avaya, they played a key role in converting/re-writing the Ubiquity SIP Container and coordinated High-Availability deployments. Thomas then joined ThruPoint in September 2010 as a Technical Lead for the Click2Communicate Application and later took on the role of Solutions Engineer. At ThruPoint, they actively managed customer Proof of Concepts, developed bespoke customer solutions, and provided product enhancements feedback to Engineering Management. In 2013, Thomas joined CafeX Communications as a Solutions Engineer.
Thomas Hill attended Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd from 2002 to 2005. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree with a First Class Honours in Computer Science.
