A-Jay Nicolas, CSM has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. A-Jay started their career at Konami Digital Entertainment as a Quality Assurance Tester in 2004 and later became a Lead Quality Assurance Tester. In this role, they were responsible for testing games and ensuring their quality. A-Jay also worked as a Step Data Creator during their time at Konami.

In 2013, A-Jay joined Storm8 as a QA Tester and later became a Lead QA Tester. A-Jay built automated tools in PHP for testing MySQL server-based content, designed specifications and test cases for automated testing, and managed a team of testers. A-Jay Nicolas, CSM completed their education at San Jose State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Music Education with a minor in Humanities and obtained a Single Subject Teaching Credential in the field of Education. In addition to their academic qualifications, A-Jay Nicolas also obtained a certification as a Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance in February 2019.
