Rena also worked as an AMV/AV Staff at Sakura Con and Anime Expo, where they contributed to judging AMV submissions, assisted in managing attendees, and handled audiovisual set up and deconstruction.

Rena then worked as an Illustration Development intern at NO WORRIES ENTERTAINMENT LLC, where they gained experience in illustration. Rena later joined Super League Gaming as a Video Game Intern, further expanding their knowledge in the gaming industry. Rena also worked at Willamette Integrated Technology Services, first as a Help Desk Specialist and later as a Technology Shop Staff and Summer Conferences IT Liason. In these roles, they provided technical support and assisted with various technology-related tasks.

Rena's experience also includes working as a Contract Post Production Assistant at Bang Zoom! Entertainment, where they performed tasks such as keying, color correction, motion tracking, and concept art. Rena also had a short-term role as a Barista at Starbucks.
