Shana Jones

Shana Jones has a diverse work experience in various roles in the media and entertainment industry. Shana is currently working as a Strategic Partnerships Coordinator at Caffeine since August 2022.

Prior to their current role, Shana worked at BNC as a Television Editor/ Content Manager from March 2021 to July 2022. In this role, they were responsible for producing engaging and error-free content, strategizing content based on data analysis, and managing promotion workflows and operations projects.

Shana Jones completed their Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Western Governors University, from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2013, they attended SUNY Empire State College and obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) in Design and Film.

In terms of additional certifications, Shana has achieved the following: they obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance in February 2022.
