Simone Venhardt

Simone Venhardt has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Currently, they hold the position of Manager, Engineering Program Management at Caffeine, a role they have held since July 2021. In this role, they have been instrumental in establishing the 'Digital Operations Center' and successfully transitioning products from beta to general release. Simone also played a key role in creating an internal testing and feedback collection program.

Simone'sfirst professional position was as a Sales Assistant at Koyo Cooling Systems, Inc. from February 2005 to June 2006.

Simone Venhardt attended El Camino College from 2003 to 2004 and Los Angeles Community College District from 2002 to 2003. Simone did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study during their time at these institutions. In 2016, Simone obtained a certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner from the Scrum Alliance.
