Nerea Guerrero Rodriguez has worked for five different companies in the past seven years. In 2021, they joined Cafler as a Customer Experience Manager and Traffic Manager. From 2017 to 2021, they worked for Ubeeqo ES in four different roles: Manager of Operations, Fleet Manager, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Office Manager. In 2015, they worked for Fornituras F. as an Administrativo Contable. From 2014 to 2015, they worked for AIESEC as a Marketing intern and for Gremi d’Hostaleria i Turisme del Barcelonès Nord i del Maresme Sud as a Community Manager.

Nerea Guerrero Rodriguez is currently enrolled in a Master's degree in Dirección de Marketing y Gestión Comercial at ESIC Business & Marketing School. Nerea also holds a Grado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas and a Grado en Derecho from Universitat Autónoma de Barcelona, obtained between 2011 and 2016. In 2021, they obtained certifications in Scrum Master, Liderazgo de equipos and Office Excel 2016. In 2020, they obtained a B2 First Certificate in English from the University of Cambridge. Nerea also holds a Máster en Creación de Proyectos Ambientales from Learning by Helping and a B1 Italiano from Sapienza Università di Roma.
