Kym Griffin has a background in animal behaviour and welfare, with experience in research and academia. Currently working as a Lecturer at CAFRE, Kym is also pursuing a part-time PhD on equine behavioural and physiological stress response. With a Ph.D. in Equine behaviour and welfare, Kym has also obtained a Master's degree in Animal Behaviour and Welfare. Previous roles include Research Technician at Queen's University Belfast and Veterinary Nurse at Greencross Vets.
