Are you a persuasive communicator with a strong sales acumen? We are looking for a proactive Telesales Agent to join our team and assist in driving conversions and sales through effective telesales techniques.

Responsibilities:
  •  Monitor the sales funnel on Cafu platform in real-time to identify users dropping from the funnel.
  •  Contact CAFU users who drop from the sales funnel to understand the reasons and win them back as paying clients.
  •  Possess extensive knowledge in tires change, oil service, battery replacement, car detailing, and car wash to educate users and assist them in making informed decisions.
  •  Provide tailored solutions based on the reason for the drop to convert potential clients into paying customers.
  •  Meet and exceed sales targets by converting leads into sales and retaining customers.
  •  Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients in the CRM system.
  •  Collaborate with the growth, product and business team to optimize UX, strategies and improve conversion rates.

Requirements:
  •  1 to 3 years experience in telesales or a related field.
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  •  Strong understanding of tires change, oil service, battery replacement, car detailing, and car wash services.
  •  Ability to think critically and provide effective solutions to convert leads into sales.
  •  Results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  •  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  •  Incentive-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
