Omosefe Ogbeifun M.D., Mph

Omosefe Ogbeifun MD, MPH is a dedicated medical professional currently serving as a Faculty Development Fellow at UAB Department of Family and Community Medicine since September 2024. Ogbeifun holds multiple positions at Cahaba Medical Care as Chief Resident, CLER Resident's Representative, CMC GMEC Representative, and Resident Physician since July 2022. A commitment to community service is evident through recent roles as a Resident Physician during a medical mission at St. Philomena Hospital and in providing care to underserved pediatric populations at La Providence Pediatrics & Family Clinics. Prior experience includes a Research Intern position with the State of Florida Department of Health and a Graduate Teaching Assistant role at the University of West Florida. Ogbeifun earned a Master of Public Health from the University of West Florida and a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery from the University of Benin.
