Nick Misakian has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Nick started their career in 2004 as a Field Engineer/Intern at Arntz Builders Inc, where they gained foundational experience. Nick then worked as a Project Engineer at Nibbi Brothers General Contractors from 2007 to 2009. Following this role, they became a Ski Instructor at Alpine Meadows Ski Resort, teaching kids from 2009 to 2011. In 2010, they joined Wright Contracting as a Project Engineer, where they contributed to the construction of a new high school. Since 2011, Nick has been with Cahill Contractors, progressing through various roles including Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and currently as a Project Director. Nick'sexpertise in project management and dedication to sustainable construction is evident through their LEED AP certification.
Nick Misakian, LEED AP, has a diverse education history. Nick obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from California State University, Chico, from 2002 to 2008. In addition, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in International Business at Università degli Studi di Torino from 2005 to 2006.
Furthermore, Nick Misakian has acquired additional certifications to enhance their professional skills and knowledge. In November 2018, they obtained a certificate in Collaborative Leadership from the United Brotherhood of Carpenters & Joiners of America. Additionally, in June 2009, they achieved the LEED AP Building Design + Construction certification from the USGBC National Capital Region.
