Amanda Aird Phr

Amanda Aird, PHR, SHRM-SCP has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Amanda is currently employed as a Senior People Solutions Manager at CAI, where they have been working since 2018. Prior to this role, Amanda served as a Human Resources Manager at the same company.

Before joining CAI, Amanda worked as the Human Resources Director at Senior Home Companions from 2015 to 2018. Amanda was responsible for overseeing HR functions and managing the HR team at the organization.

Amanda's career in HR started in 2010 when they joined the Indiana Historical Society as the Coordinator of Volunteer Services and HR. Amanda held this position until 2015.

Prior to entering the HR field, Amanda worked as a Volunteer Coordinator at Aftercare for Indiana Through Mentoring from 2008 to 2010.

Amanda's earliest work experience was as a Center Assistant at Concordia University-Wisconsin, where they worked from 2006 to 2008.

Throughout their career, Amanda has demonstrated their expertise in HR management and has acquired certifications such as PHR and SHRM-SCP to further enhance their professional qualifications.

Amanda Aird, PHR, SHRM-SCP, holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from IWU National & Global, which they completed from 2011 to 2012. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Indiana State University, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. Amanda also obtained a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from SHRM in May 2015. Additionally, they hold the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification, which they obtained in May 2019. In May 2021, they completed the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate program offered by USF Corporate Training and Professional Education.
