Chris Dibble has a diverse and extensive work experience. Chris started working at CAI in January 2019 as a Senior Commissioning and Qualification Engineer. Prior to that, Chris served in the US Navy from 2008 to 2019, with various roles and responsibilities. These include being a Capability Development Officer, where they were responsible for developing and testing new submarine force capabilities. Chris also served as a Professional Education Student at the United States Army Command & General Staff College, where they completed a 1-year course and earned a Master of Military Art and Science degree. Chris was a Range Complex Operations Officer, leading a team responsible for coordinating and planning military training in the Mariana Islands. Chris also served as a Department Head and Operations Officer on a fast attack submarine, leading approximately 45 sailors and overseeing navigation, communications, and operational planning. Additionally, Chris was an Assistant Special Operations Officer, managing a classified material control program. Chris started their naval career as a Submarine Division Officer, where they led divisions responsible for operating and maintaining nuclear mechanical engineering systems and communications equipment. Chris earned qualifications as a submarine warfare officer and a naval nuclear propulsion plant engineer during this role.

Chris Dibble earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tulane University, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. In 2017 to 2018, they pursued a Master's degree in Military Art and Science from the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College.
