Daniel Sanzo

Boston Area Client Manager at CAI

Daniel Sanzo has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Daniel started their career as an intern at Alaska Tanker Company in 2011, where they worked as a Cadet Marine Engineer. Daniel then moved on to Kirby Offshore Marine in 2013, where they served as a Marine Engineer. In 2014, they joined Hornbeck Offshore as a Marine Engineer, responsible for managing and maintaining shipboard engineering systems.

In 2016, Daniel joined CAI, where they took on various roles. Daniel started as a Validation (CQV) Engineer, overseeing the operational readiness management for clean utility IOQ/PQ activities. From July 2021 to June 2023, they served as the Utilities/Facilities CQV Lead for a 300,000 ft2 GMP Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Facility. Currently, they hold the position of Boston Area Client Manager at CAI, starting in September 2021.

Daniel's career highlights include being the CQV Project Manager for a T1D cell-therapy manufacturing shell space fit out in the Boston Area, which started in May 2023 and is ongoing.

Daniel Sanzo attended Massachusetts Maritime Academy from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering.
