July Kongkeo-Leuthiphonh has work experience as a Product Specialist at CAI since June 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an Information Technology Quality Assurance Specialist at CAI from June 2021 to June 2023. Before joining CAI, July worked as a Cocktail Server at Northview Hotels and Resorts from May 2017 to November 2020.

July Kongkeo-Leuthiphonh obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computational Science from the University of South Carolina-Beaufort, where they studied from 2017 to 2021. In November 2022, they also obtained a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
