Ruairi Mensink has a diverse range of work experience in various engineering roles. Ruairi began their career in 2017 as a Process Engineer at Zimmer Biomet. In this role, they worked until January 2018. In 2019, they joined Flow Technology Ltd as a Project Engineer, where they gained experience in procuring, manufacturing, managing, and testing pharmaceutical skids. Ruairi also served as a Project Manager for medium-sized projects. Ruairi then moved on to MSD in 2021, where they worked as a Commissioning Engineer. Ruairi was heavily involved in the commissioning and qualification of the Carlow 2 expansion project and continues to assist with continuous improvement projects on the Carlow Site. In the same year, they also joined CAI as a CQV Engineer, where they commissioned, qualified, and tested the WFI Storage and Distribution System for the MSD Carlow expansion project. Ruairi's most recent position is at Bristol Myers Squibb, starting in 2023 as a Commissioning Engineer.
Ruairi Mensink attended the University of Limerick from 2015 to 2019, where they pursued a degree in design and manufacture engineering. Their education focused on the field of engineering.
