Shane Heaphy has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Shane started their career at Deerpark Farming as an Agricultural Machine Operator, where they operated and maintained large agricultural farm machinery. Shane then worked at Stryker as a Co-Op Quality Engineer, contributing to major risk-based projects and carrying out complaints analysis and risk management activities. Shane also worked as a Co-Op Manufacturing Engineer at Stryker, where they implemented a Product Mix Avoidance System and managed plant modifications.

In 2015, Shane joined Master Engineering as a Design Engineer, specializing in the design of custom pressure vessels and tanks for the pharmaceutical industry. Shane also managed technical drawings for manufacturing and problem-solving by creating one-off pieces of plant equipment.

Shane then transitioned to Stryker as a Process Development Engineer, focusing on additive technology. Shane contributed to process development and was responsible for managing projects until April 2022.

In 2022, Shane joined West Pharmaceutical Services as a Senior Equipment & Integration Engineer - Automation. Shane worked on automation projects until July 2023.
