Allison Nye

Allison Nye has a wealth of work experience. From 2014 to 2021, they held various positions at Birchbox, including VP, Global Operations, VP, Retail & Customer Experience, and Director, Retail. From 2010 to 2014, they worked at Anthropologie, where they held Lead, New Store Operations, Retail Department Manager, and Visual Merchandiser roles. In 2021, they were Chief Of Staff at FemTec Health, Inc. and in 2022, they co-founded and became Principal of Nye Leadership Group, LLC. Most recently, in 2023, they became Managing Director of Cailini Coastal.

Allison Nye graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Art History, Material Culture, and European Studies. In 2020, they obtained three additional certifications: Front End Development from SheCodes Workshops, Change Management from GoCoach, and Critical Conversations from GoCoach.
