Ada Chan

Ada Chan has more than 20 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Ada is currently a Senior Vice President at Cain International since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Bank of America as a Senior Vice President from May 2013 to September 2022. Ada also held the position of Vice President at OneWest Bank from July 2010 to April 2013. Earlier in their career, Ada worked as a Project Manager, Real Estate Development at Weintraub Real Estate Group from October 2008 to July 2010, and as a Sr. Associate, Asset Manager at iStar from July 2007 to May 2008. Ada also gained experience as a Sr. Associate, Asset Manager at Fremont Investment and Loan from January 2006 to June 2007. Ada started their career as an Assistant Project Manager at Swinerton Builders from July 2004 to December 2005 and as a Project Engineer at Hathaway Dinwiddie from May 1999 to July 2004.

Ada Chan has an MBA with a concentration in Corporate Finance from the USC Marshall School of Business. Ada also holds an MS in Structural Engineering and a BS in Civil Engineering Building Science, both from the University of Southern California. In addition, Ada has certifications as an Associate in Piano Performance from The Royal Conservatory of Music and as a Professional Engineer (PE) from the State of California. Ada also holds the Series 7 & 63 certifications (inactive) from FINRA.
