Justin Oates

Justin Oates has extensive work experience in the real estate and investment banking industry. Justin started their career as an intern at Gabelli Asset Management in 2009. From 2010 to 2012, they worked in real estate investment banking at Eastdil Secured / Wells Fargo Securities. In 2012, they joined Savanna Real Estate Fund as a Senior Associate, focusing on acquisitions and asset management. In 2017, they transitioned to Imperial Companies, where they held a role in acquisitions and asset management until 2019. Currently, they serve as a Senior Vice President at Cain International.

Justin Oates completed their education with a Master of Science degree in Commerce and Finance from the University of Virginia in 2010. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Boston College in 2009. Justin completed their secondary education at Belmont Hill School in 2005.
