Laura Hickman

Laura Hickman has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the insurance industry. Laura recently worked as an Executive Assistant to the Chief People Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Cain International. Prior to that, they served as an Executive Assistant to the Group CFO and Head of HR at Fidelis Insurance. Laura has also worked as an Executive Assistant to the CEO at Randall & Quilter Investment Holdings Ltd. and at Lloyd's Market Association, where they were a Personal Assistant to the CEO and Market Operations Director. Earlier in their career, Laura was a Personal Assistant to the COO at Chaucer Syndicate and an Executive Assistant at Travelers. Laura is currently open to new opportunities after experiencing a redundancy.

Laura Hickman attended Chelmer Valley High School from 1991 to 1996. Afterward, they studied Business Studies at Chelmsford College. Laura completed GNVQ Intermediate from 1997 to 1998 and then pursued GNVQ Advanced from 1998 to 2000.
