Rhonda Davenport Phr

Rhonda Davenport, a certified PHR and SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Rhonda has held various leadership roles in companies across different industries. From 2006 to 2008, they worked at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas as a Senior Recruiter and Employee Relations Representative. Rhonda then moved to Food, Friends, and Company, a restaurant management company, where they served as Manager of Human Resources. In 2010, they joined Kohl's Department Stores as the Manager of Human Resources for the Credit Division's Call Center. Rhonda then took on the role of Regional HR Manager at The Freeman Company, a company providing resources for exhibit and event planners. Rhonda also served as Director of Human Resources at Speed Commerce, overseeing warehouse operations and later becoming Vice President of Human Resources. Rhonda worked as Director of Employee Relations at Sirius XM Radio Inc. and as Director of Human Resources at Speed Commerce again. Prior to their current role, in 2016, Rhonda became the Director of Human Resources at Unisys, a global information technology company. Currently, they are the Chief People Officer at Cain Watters & Associates, a company providing financial services to dental professionals. Additionally, Rhonda is a member of Chief, a private network aimed at empowering women in leadership positions.

Rhonda Davenport, PHR, SHRM-CP, completed their undergraduate studies at Texas A&M University. From 2004 to 2005, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis in Human Resource Development, along with a minor in Business. Following their graduation, Rhonda obtained additional certifications to further enhance their professional qualifications. In December 2006, they earned the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). Additionally, they obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) during the same period. Most recently, in March 2022, Rhonda acquired the Health, Life, and General Lines License from the Texas Department of Insurance.
