Carla de Angelis

Carla de Angelis is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in contract management, corporate matters, logistics operations, and regulatory compliance. Currently serving as Legal Manager at Cainiao Network since December 2022, Carla oversees various legal aspects including consumer litigation. Previously, at Nuno//Fracht from June 2019 to December 2022, Carla acted as Legal Counsel and Trade Compliance Coordinator, managing the legal department, leading compliance projects, and proposing process improvements in line with international standards. Earlier roles include Senior Legal Counsel and Legal Counsel positions at both Nuno//Fracht and Rede D'Or São Luiz, where responsibilities encompassed lawsuit monitoring, contract drafting, and consulting for internal clients. Carla's career began with internships at Whirlpool Latin America and the Tribunal de Justiça do Estado de São Paulo. Carla holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo and a Graduate degree in Maritime and Customs Law from Universidade Católica de Santos.
