Pushkar Kumar

Pushkar Kumar is a seasoned HR leader with extensive experience in talent development, organizational strategy, and human resources management. Currently serving as CHRO for Cairn Oil and Gas, Pushkar has been with the company since January 2013, also holding the role of CHRO for Cairn Assets. Prior to this, Pushkar worked at Ranbaxy as Global Talent Development Leader for Manufacturing, focusing on HR initiatives across multiple sites, and at GE Capital as VP of Human Resources for APAC, driving talent and leadership development strategies. Previous roles include significant HR responsibilities at SBI Card and airtel, where Pushkar enhanced organizational performance and employee engagement. Educational qualifications consist of a Master's degree in Economics from the Delhi School of Economics and a Master's degree in Personnel Management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune.
