Bader Ibrahim

Bader Ibrahim has worked in the field of IT governance and process management for over 17 years. From 2006 to 2014, they worked at Arab Bank as a Sr. QA Process Specialist in IT Governance, where they were responsible for developing and maintaining IT policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with QA standards and regulatory requirements, and monitoring performance of IT projects. From 2014 to the present, Bader has been with Balhaf Group as an IT Governance & Process Manager. In this role, they have developed and implemented IT governance frameworks and methodologies, assessed IT processes and controls, and designed IT policies and standards for compliance. In the future, Bader will be joining Cairo Amman Bank as the Head of Business Analysis, starting in August 2023.

Bader Ibrahim attended Philadelphia University from 2001 to 2006, where they completed a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering. In terms of additional certifications, Bader obtained the MCITP certification from Microsoft in June 2013. Bader also acquired the Vital Signs Performance Monitoring certification from Microsoft in January 2013. Furthermore, Bader obtained the ITIL certification in November 2011, although the institution from which they obtained this certification is not specified.
