Bader Ibrahim has worked in the field of IT governance and process management for over 17 years. From 2006 to 2014, they worked at Arab Bank as a Sr. QA Process Specialist in IT Governance, where they were responsible for developing and maintaining IT policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with QA standards and regulatory requirements, and monitoring performance of IT projects. From 2014 to the present, Bader has been with Balhaf Group as an IT Governance & Process Manager. In this role, they have developed and implemented IT governance frameworks and methodologies, assessed IT processes and controls, and designed IT policies and standards for compliance.
