Jean La Couture

Jean La Couture has more than 20 years of experience in corporate management. He started his career with Groupe Mallette, becoming its President and Chief Executive Officer in 1981. He also led The Guarantee Company of North America from 1990 to 1994 before founding Private Hearing Ltd., Counsellors in Conflict and Litigation, in 1995.

Previously, Mr. La Couture was Chairman of the Boards of Directors of Innergex Renewable Energy and Pomerleau. He was also a member of the Board and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Quebecor, Quebecor Media and Videotron, and Chairman of the Board of the Institute of Corporate Directors, Québec chapter. He is a Fellow of the Ordre des comptables professionnels agréés du Québec and an accredited civil mediator.
