Olivier Fortin

Olivier Fortin is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in infrastructure investment and management. Currently serving as Managing Director at Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec since September 2014, Olivier leads infrastructure acquisition projects and oversees existing investments. Prior to this role, Olivier was temporarily seconded as Managing Director for Eurostar during the Covid-19 crisis. Olivier's previous positions include Investment Director at AMP Capital, where responsibilities included deal execution for European equity infrastructure, and Head of Corporate Finance at MAp Airport Fund, focusing on acquisitions and divestments in airports. Olivier also held senior roles at Macquarie Group and Merrill Lynch, specializing in mergers and acquisitions. Olivier's non-executive directorships encompass notable organizations such as Heathrow Airport, Eurostar, and Budapest Airport. Olivier holds an MBA from IMD, a Postgraduate Diploma from the London School of Economics, and a finance degree from EDHEC Business School.
