Simon Lauzier

Simon Lauzier, CFA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across prestigious organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Financial Services at Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ), Simon previously held key positions at Ivanhoé Cambridge, including Chief Financial and Business Performance Officer and Senior Vice President of Investment Optimization and Capital Markets. Prior to that, Simon was Managing Director of Corporate Development/M&A at GE Capital and also served in various roles in business development and mergers and acquisitions. Earlier in the career, Simon began as an associate in corporate finance at HSBC Securities and progressed to Senior Analyst in asset management at GE Capital Real Estate in Toronto.
