Sandra Brito Pereira

Sandra Brito Pereira is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in organizational development and talent management. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Banco Montepio, Sandra also holds a position as a Professor of Talent Development in the MSc in Management program at Nova School of Business and Economics and serves as an Adjunct Professor at ESHTE. Previously, Sandra has held significant roles at Jerónimo Martins SGPS, including Head of Knowledge and Head of Global Learning, as well as serving as the Director of Organizational Development and International Relations and Deputy Director of Human Resources at Carris. Sandra's academic credentials include participation in the Advanced Management Program at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and ongoing studies at IMD.
