Michael Kuranty

Michael Kuranty has worked in a variety of roles since 2019. In 2019, they began working as a Helpdesk Consultant at Reed College, where they were responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. Michael was promoted to Senior Helpdesk Consultant in the same year. In 2022, they began working as a Research Associate 1 at Cajal Neuroscience, where they developed and implemented surgical techniques for translational rodent models and organized the surgical workflow to fulfill the needs of the preclinical biology group. Michael also contributed to the overall scientific goals of the in vivo sciences team by supporting the development of additional techniques and animal models of disease.

Michael Kuranty attended Reed College from 2018 to 2022, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience.
