Mindy Stoffels

Mindy S. is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in organizational development and HR business partnerships. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Cajal Neuroscience since April 2023, Mindy previously held positions including Director of Organizational Development & People Business Partnerships HRBP at Zulily and Interim Director of Human Resources at the Institute for Systems Biology. Mindy's background encompasses significant roles at REI, Allen Institute, and PeopleConnect, where responsibilities included managing HR teams and recruiting functions. Mindy began a career in HR at Classmates, progressing through various roles including Manager of Human Resources and Recruiter. Prior to entering the HR field, Mindy worked as a Store Manager and Market Buyer for A.P.C. Mindy holds a Master's degree in Education from Loyola Marymount University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Washington.
