Bendady Pramono

Bendady Pramono has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. In 2022, they are currently serving as the Chief People & Culture cum Senior VP Ops at Cakap and as the President Commisioner at PT Binajasa Abadikarya. Bendady also holds the position of Member of Board of Commissioner at Indospec Asia since 2021. Previously, they worked as a Member of Board of Commisioner at PT Angkasa Pura Retail from 2019 to 2021 and as the President & CEO at Angkasa Pura Hotels from 2019 to 2021. Before that, they were the EVP - Head of Regional Management at ISS Indonesia from 2016 to 2019 and served as the CEO at Sunshine Food Group from 2015 to 2016. Bendady also has experience in the aviation industry, having served as the President & CEO at PT. Aerofood Indonesia (Garuda Indonesia Group) from 2012 to 2015, and as the Operation & Marketing Director from 2008 to 2012. Bendady started their career as a Director at Indopacific Public Relations in 2004.

Bendady Pramono obtained a Magister Management degree in International Business from the University of Indonesia from 1994 to 1996. Prior to that, from 1987 to 1992, they completed their undergraduate studies at the same institution, majoring in Economics. Additionally, Bendady Pramono holds certifications in Certified Food & Beverage Service from Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Bandung (NHI) and Certified Professional Coach in Transformative Coaching from Coach Masters Academy Global.
