Dipti Soni has a diverse work experience in various roles spanning from 2012 to the present. Currently, Dipti works as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Cake DeFi, a platform that enables users to generate cash flow on cryptocurrencies. Prior to this, Dipti served as a Senior Consultant at Cobalt Recruitment, overseeing the Finance & Accounting team and later working in Principal investments. Dipti was responsible for handling client requests and recruiting qualified professionals in the fields of finance, accounting, investment, and strategy. Before joining Cobalt, Dipti worked as a Consultant at Morgan McKinley, focusing on finance and accounting recruitment within hedge funds and fund administrators. Additionally, Dipti was a Researcher at Profile Search & Selection, specializing in executive search for middle to senior-level positions in the financial services industry. Lastly, Dipti gained experience as a Human Resources Generalist at SBI Mutual Fund.

Dipti Soni completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Information Technology from St Francis Institute of Technology in the years 2004 to 2008. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resources Management from the University of Mumbai from 2009 to 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Dipti Soni also obtained a Certificate of Employment (CEI) from MOM- Singapore in September 2014.
