Gaspar Louis Sayoc is an experienced event manager and hospitality consultant with a diverse background in the wine and culinary industries. Currently serving as Interim Event Manager and Event Consultant at Cakebread Cellars, Gaspar has also held roles in group and special event sales at Hanson of Sonoma Distillery. Experience includes relaunching and restructuring the hospitality department at Vineland Hospitality Consulting, where Gaspar successfully revived Sugarloaf Crush, and providing consulting services to the Culinary Institute of America, enhancing revenue through special events and partnerships. Previous positions include directing sales and events at Foley Family Wines and managing special events at Sebastiani Vineyards, where a notable revenue increase of 103% was achieved. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Creighton University and training at the Jesuit Institute for the Arts.
