The Operations Team at Cakebread Cellars oversees the entire lifecycle of wine production, from vineyard management to the final bottling. This includes organic and sustainable farming practices, winemaking processes, cellar operations, and facility maintenance in order to ensure that every bottle meets the winery's high standards for quality and consistency. Team members include vineyard directors, winemakers, cellar staff, and facility managers who work collaboratively to maintain the excellence of the winery’s offerings.
