Rochelle Mortier

Rochelle Mortier is the Head of Group HR at CAL Group & Ceylon Tea Brokers PLC, and the Chief Human Resource Officer at CAL Group / Ceylon Tea Brokers PLC & CAL Bangladesh. With experience in HR management at companies like WNS Global Services, Orient Garments, Unilever Sri Lanka, and Colombo Engineering Enterprises, Rochelle holds an MBA in Labour Relations and HR Management from the University of Colombo. Rochelle also has a Master of Business Administration from the Postgraduate Institute of Management and a BA in Econ and Social Sciences from the Open University of Sri Lanka. Additionally, Rochelle holds a Postgraduate Diploma in HR Management from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management.
