Yacov Habusha

Yacov Habusha has over two decades of experience in various leadership roles in the IT industry. yacov started their career at Matrix L.T.D and Kompak, where they served as VP Projects. yacov then moved on to TTI Telecom and Telmap, where they held the positions of Communications Team Lead and IT Director, respectively. Yacov later joined The Center for Educational Technology as CIO, leading the organization's technology initiatives for a decade. Subsequently, they worked at Bezeq International as Director of Network and Cyber Security, overseeing the company's cyber security and network professional services. Yacov then joined Max Maks as Director of IT, where they led the company's IT infrastructure teams and was responsible for mission-critical systems. Currently, they serve as the Director of Global IT at Strauss Group, responsible for managing their IT infrastructure teams and supporting the business needs. Additionally, Yacov is set to join Cal (Israel Credit Cards) as the Director of IT Infrastructure at Visa Cal (ICC) in 2023. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a strong focus on ensuring successful relationships, successful delivery, and maintaining a 100% uptime requirement for mission-critical systems.

Yacov Habusha pursued their education at The Open University Israel from 1992 to 2012. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Cinematography and Film/Video Production.
