Miranda Beal is an experienced administrative professional currently serving as an Administrative Assistant for Cal Poly AmeriCorps Programs at Cal Poly Partners since March 2024. Previously, Miranda held the position of Office Administrative Manager at La Lomita Ranch, managing daily operations of the accounting department for a wedding and event venue. Miranda also worked as a Brand Ambassador for Harmony Valley Creamery, where over 90 events were booked and executed. With a solid foundation in customer service from a role as Front of House Member at Bob's Well Bread and diverse experience in community engagement and education through positions at One Cool Earth and various internships, Miranda holds a B.A. in Environmental Studies from UC Santa Barbara and an Associate's Degree in General Studies from Allan Hancock College.
