Florenz Tuazon has a diverse work experience spanning from 2017 to the present. In 2017, Tuazon worked as a Junior Creative at Citrus.ph. In 2018, Tuazon worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer and Artist, gaining experience in logo production, graphic design, and traditional and digital illustration. From 2018 to 2019, Tuazon also served as a Traffic Intern and Volunteer at the City of Salinas, where they gained experience in design, publicity materials, and community engagement. In 2019, Tuazon joined the City of Salinas as a Community Outreach Specialist, where they focused on designing and distributing outreach materials and managing social media platforms. Tuazon's most recent position is the Creative Strategy Lead at California State University, Monterey Bay, where they utilize their graphic design, web design, photography, and videography skills to create content in print and digital mediums. They are responsible for producing and publishing information to keep the community informed about news, events, and services at the university while maintaining brand and message consistency.

Florenz Tuazon has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Advertising Arts from the University of Santo Tomas, which was obtained between 2014 and 2018. In 2019, they pursued Professional Development in Motion Graphic Design at Hartnell College. Additionally, they completed a Certification Course in AutoCAD from CADsimplified in 2019. Prior to their college education, Florenz attended Dominican School Sta. Rita, Pampanga for their primary education from 2004 to 2010, followed by secondary education from 2010 to 2014.
